Millenium Library

I had a fantastic time at the Millenium Library. The book club
that joined me was a great group of teens who love to read and there are many who are writers as well! Perhaps one day
soon, I will have the privilege of seeing these young writers launching their own novels, or books of poetry or short stories.
A huge thank you to Sophie and the Millenium Library for inviting
me to the library, and of course an even bigger thanks to all the students and their teachers for being such an awesome audience.

was a great success and as usual a great time!
We sold a number of books and I got the chance
to talk to people about Pretty Pretty...always my favorite part! I am looking forward to hanging out at Coles again
later this year.

to be out there meeting and chatting with readers of all ages. We had good sales and I would like to thank
Vince for having me at Coles for the second time AND for inviting me back yet again towards the end of the summer.

My visit to Kent Road School was amazing.
I was thrilled to be invited to talk
to the grade six class;
a class, who was in the process of reading
my book.
Now how cool is that!
: )
I was made to feel very welcome, of course,
how could I not
feel welcome with a room full of kids
who were truly excited to meet me.
I am at a loss for words at how wonderful
that made me feel.
The kids and their teacher were very
well prepared and kept me
busy for nearly an hour and a half with
well thought-out and insightful questions. Followed by my autographing bookmarks.
My heartfelt thanks to Audrey for
setting everything up;
to Diane and Darryl for inviting
me into their school and classroom; and especially to the students...you guys rock!!

I had an exceptional time at McNally
Robinson during my reading/signing, and I would like to take a moment to thank the staff who were responsible for making the
evening possible.
They took great care in everything. They were wonderful!
We had a excellent turnout; a lot
of warm, friendly faces.
The reading went smoothly and the
signing went great. And, I look forward to the prospect of additional events with McNally in the near
future.

Appearance/Reading at Prince Edward School

I had an awesome time with the kids
of Prince Edward. I spoke to five classes throughout the day, ranging from grades 4 to 6, then spent the afternoon
with a group of great kids and worked on a characterization project. They all kept me on my toes with some pretty incredible
and bright questions. A great big "thank you" to Prince Edward for the invite and for making me feel so welcome.

Had my first signing on Sunday
and I had a blast! It was put together and hosted by my family and was actually only word-of-mouth
and wow!! We had an excellent turnout! I sold 32 books in a few hours!
A HUGE thank you to my family for all
they did. You guys rock!
